Cloud vs Vincent?

Okay..So,I was just wondering....Who would win in a match? And I know this is a years old conversation,but after taking a look at Advent Children with my bro after a long weekend and re-playing Dirge Of Cerberus, i was just curious. I bet my money on Vincent, mainly because of his use of Chaos and the fact that he can regenerate from even severe wounds and he's in all dictations of the word "immortal".
